Since 1987, we’ve been at the forefront of increasing employment opportunities and services for individuals with disabilities in NSW’s Central Coast region. Comprehensive Weekday Program

Our weekly program runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Transport options are available.

Monday is Music Day at “The Con”
Focus: Social Participation
Experience engaging music workshops at the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music! Percussion, vocal exercises & rhythm, all guided by an experienced music teacher. Travel by bus, gaining transport experience.

Creative Arts Tuesdays
Focus: Social Participation
Unleash your inner artist! From painting and drawing to creative crafts, Tuesdays are all about artistic expression. Our works adorn the walls of our community space, showcasing the talents of our participants.

Active Adventure Wednesdays
Focus: Health and Wellbeing
Get moving with a variety of active outings! We may go swimming, bowling, hiking, or even take a trip to a nearby town to explore and enjoy the sights. Every week brings a fresh adventure to look forward to!

Exploration Thursdays
Focus: Community Participation
Step outside and discover something new! Thursdays are all about exploring our local community – from gallery visits to museum exhibits, historical sites, or even a tour of a local factory.

Chef’s Choice Fridays
Focus: Daily Living Skills
A hands-on cooking experience! Participants will plan a menu, shop for ingredients, learn to follow a recipe, and practice money-handling skills. Once a month or two, we also dine out to explore new cuisines.

Since 1987, we’ve been dedicated to creating opportunities for people with disabilities through employment, skill development, and community participation.
