Lasercraft is committed to providing long-term supported employment for individuals living with disabilities on the Central Coast of New South Wales. We have employed and trained over 150 individuals living with disabilities in a variety of jobs since we opened our doors in 1988.
Our supported employees contribute in a variety of roles which include administration, manufacturing and distribution. They develop job- and life-skills while learning how to operate machinery, lasers, sort mail, and pack products.
Our supported employees
Each supported employee is highly valued for their contribution to the success of Lasercraft. Some have received leadership training and act as mentors and supervisors to other team members.
The result is an organisation that can deliver the highest quality services in our industry; An organisation that demonstrates the outstanding results employees living with disabilities can achieve.
