James Ahearn
Chair
James is a past CEO of the Broome Port Authority, and has held high level general management roles with major transport and logistics companies. He has business growth and development experience at an executive level, and is a board director of a not-for-profit company providing services to homeless youth.
Tony Anderson
Deputy Chair
Tony has held senior general management roles in several large corporations including SC Johnson and Kimberley Clarke, and has many years experience in marketing and business development in national management positions. He was the CEO of Inala, a disability service provider, and is now also a board director of a large disability service provider.
Ken Baker
Treasurer
Ken has held accountant and general management roles leading to positions of Managing Director and later Chair of the HMA Group which is a diverse manufacturing, engineering, and materials handing business supporting power generation, mining, and other industries. He is past Chair of both Central Coast Manufacturing Connect and the Australian Coal Preparation Society.
Peter Bayley
Director
Peter has held executive positions in both the public and private health sectors, including CEO of three private hospitals. He has current and past board governance experience in residential aged care, primary care, rural medical services, community aged care and nurse education.
Michelle Bradbury
Director
Michelle is currently the CEO of Central Coast Primary Care. She has experience in NDIS psychosocial services, after-hours medical services, mental health services, women’s health, and indigenous health services. She has also held roles in business development, project management, and health program management.
Michael Tame
Director
Michael has business development and marketing experience in website publishing, advertising, tourism, and manufacturing. He has degrees in Business and International Studies and is a board director at Ettalong Beach Financial Services (Bendigo Bank branch), overseeing the return of up to 80% of all profits to local community groups.
Gavin Hill
Director
Gavin has two decades of experience in micro-economic reforms in the transport sector as well as extensive experience in business development, communications, and marketing in complex stakeholder environments. He has represented Australia on global initiatives led by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). He is a Board member for the International Forum for Road Transport Technology, holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, and an Honours Degree in Economics.
