Lasercraft Australia is governed by an independent Board of volunteer Directors. Each board member is proud to be associated with an organisation committed to providing employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities on the Central Coast of New South Wales.

Deputy Chair
Tony has held senior general management roles in several large corporations including SC Johnson and Kimberley Clarke, and has many years experience in marketing and business development in national management positions. He was the CEO of Inala, a disability service provider, and is now also a board director of a large disability service provider.
Ken Baker
Treasurer
Ken has held accountant and general management roles leading to positions of Managing Director and later Chair of the HMA Group which is a diverse manufacturing, engineering, and materials handing business supporting power generation, mining, and other industries. He is past Chair of both Central Coast Manufacturing Connect and the Australian Coal Preparation Society.

Glenn is CEO of Lifeful NDIS. His CEO roles include Carers Victoria, Hepburn Area Health, Possability, Family Planning, RT Health & Hopewell Private Hospital, leading turnarounds, mergers and digital transformations. Board roles have spanned sport, mental health, industry peaks and advocacy. An AICD Graduate, a B.Bus, an MBA and Associate CPA, he loves skiing, coaching soccer, being aboard his boat, and jet skiing. But most of all … his two young daughters.

Gavin has two decades of experience in micro-economic reforms in the transport sector as well as extensive experience in business development, communications, and marketing in complex stakeholder environments. He has represented Australia on global initiatives led by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). He is a Board member for the International Forum for Road Transport Technology, holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, and an Honours Degree in Economics.

Andy is an accomplished senior executive with more than 35 years of international experience in the IT industry. He excels in strategic planning, commercial operations, financial management, and corporate governance. His leadership extends to fostering positive People and Culture environments. Andy is also involved in social and sporting clubs. His AICD certification reflects his commitment to excellence in corporate governance.
Maigan Thompson
Director
Maigan is a professional marketer and communicator with a background working across corporate businesses, federal government and not-for-profit organisations. As Communications & Engagement Lead AquaWatch Australia at CSIRO, she supports tech development for social and environmental impact. Maigan has worked with company boards to advise on risk-management, strategy, business development and governance. She holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Newcastle. Maigan is based in Sydney on Gadigal Land.
