What We Offer
Supported Employment
We offer meaningful employment opportunities tailored to each individual. From award manufacturing to hospitality, product packaging, and light industrial work, our supported employees develop valuable skills, build confidence, and take great pride in the work they do.
Community Access Programs
Our weekday Community Access program is designed to foster independence, confidence, and social connection through a range of meaningful and engaging activities:
- Music Mondays at The Con
Start the week with music workshops at the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music, encouraging creativity and self-expression through sound. - Creative Arts Tuesdays
Explore artistic expression through painting, drawing, and a variety of craft projects tailored to individual interests and abilities. - Active Adventure Wednesdays
Build confidence and enjoy the outdoors with active outings such as bushwalks, swimming, and ten-pin bowling. - Exploration Thursdays
Discover the Central Coast through visits to art galleries, historical landmarks, and even local factory tours that showcase how things are made. - Chef’s Choice Fridays
A hands-on cooking experience where participants plan a menu, shop for ingredients, follow recipes, and practise money-handling and independent living skills. - We also offer a weekend program filled with fun, inclusive adventures such as bowling, movies, live theatre, day tours, and even lightsaber training.
Transport Support
We understand that reliable transport can be a concern for many families. That’s why Lasercraft offers transport to and from our West Gosford location for NDIS participants, making it easier to access our programs with confidence and consistency.
Whether your child is finishing school, exploring employment, or seeking a fun and supportive environment to grow, Lasercraft is here to help them take the next step.
