Lasercraft Australia is governed by an independent Board of volunteer Directors. Each board member is proud to be associated with an organisation committed to providing employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities on the Central Coast of New South Wales.

Tony has held senior general management roles in several large corporations including SC Johnson and Kimberley Clarke, and has many years experience in marketing and business development in national management positions. He was the CEO of Inala, a disability service provider, and is now also a board director of a large disability service provider.

Peter Synnott

Director

Peter is a proud descendant of the Ngunnawal people of Yass and the ACT. He is an experienced Non-Executive Director and consultant with over 25 years in government, mining, utilities, manufacturing and construction. Peter brings strong expertise in governance, Indigenous engagement and strategic change, helping organisations embed sustainable cultural and operational outcomes. Furthermore, Peter brings deep expertise in sales, marketing and operational excellence. An AICD Graduate, a B.Mgt, an International MBA, he enjoys cycling on the Central Coast and supporting various Australian and international sports.

Paul is an experienced people-leader and organisational development specialist. He has over 25 years’ experience as a leader in the Commonwealth Public sector. For the last 8 years he’s been a sought-after strategy and organisational development consultant. He’s worked with organisations all over the world to define their strategy and align their culture and leadership. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science, is an accredited Meta-Coach, and a member of the AICD.

Dr Lisa Barnes has worked on volunteer boards in the not-for-profit sector for over 14 years. She has worked in academia for over 20 years in which she received her MBA and Doctorate in the areas of Accounting and Governance. She is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Certified Practising Accountants, A fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and is an Institute of the Internal Auditors Australia. She is currently CEO of the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music.

Glenn Campbell

Director

Glenn is CEO of Lifeful NDIS. His CEO roles include Carers Victoria, Hepburn Area Health, Possability, Family Planning, RT Health & Hopewell Private Hospital, leading turnarounds, mergers and digital transformations. Board roles have spanned sport, mental health, industry peaks and advocacy. An AICD Graduate, a B.Bus, an MBA and Associate CPA, he loves skiing, coaching soccer, being aboard his boat, and jet skiing. But most of all … his two young daughters.

Maigan Delaroche

Director

Maigan is a professional marketer and communicator with a background working across corporate businesses, federal government and not-for-profit organisations. As Communications & Engagement Lead at CSIRO, she supports tech development for social and environmental impact. Maigan has worked with company boards to advise on risk-management, strategy, business development and governance. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNSW and a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Newcastle. Maigan is based in Sydney on Gadigal Land.

Gavin has two decades of experience in micro-economic reforms in the transport sector as well as extensive experience in business development, communications, and marketing in complex stakeholder environments. He has represented Australia on global initiatives led by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). He is a Board member for the International Forum for Road Transport Technology, holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, and an Honours Degree in Economics.

Andy is an accomplished senior executive with more than 35 years of international experience in the IT industry. He excels in strategic planning, commercial operations, financial management, and corporate governance. His leadership extends to fostering positive People and Culture environments. Andy is also involved in social and sporting clubs. His AICD certification reflects his commitment to excellence in corporate governance.

Treasurer

Karen brings her industry and board expertise together to provide governance, strategic oversight, risk management and financial control. She has a corporate background in Business Management and developing and implementing large scale IT services for Financial Services institutions. Karen has 15 years of Non-Executive Board and Advisory experience across a variety of Not-for-profit organisations undertaking roles as Chair, Secretary and Finance. Karen applies her expert capabilities through active participation in sub-committees and is passionate about shaping future growth, prosperity, influencing community engagement and social impact. Karen loves to be outside either bush walking or at the beach and can be found each Saturday at Parkrun.
