Product FAQs

What is the difference between Lasercraft’s acrylic awards and others on the market?

Lasercraft awards are handmade. We use the highest quality optical grade acrylic and can also custom make products to suit the customers design.

Can I custom design a product from scratch?

Yes. We will work with you to design a truly unique award.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Regular processing time from start to finish can be around 10 working days depending on volume required. Please speak to us if you have a special request or need your products urgently

Can I have my order produced in advance while I am waiting for names and titles of award winners to be determined?

In many cases the answer is Yes! We can produce your awards while we wait on the individual name for each product or category. Often the recipient names are not known until the very last minute. Having the product prepared and waiting helps with a speedy turnaround.

How will my order be shipped?

Lasercraft products can be shipped via TNT or Express Post.

Can I send a brief for Lasercraft to provide a design recommendation?

Yes. Give us an idea of the text you would like to go onto your awards and our graphics department will prepare some concepts for you. We can also offer any suggestions if you are unsure.

What artwork files will I need to provide?

All logos need to be supplied in vector format, preferably EPS.  If this is not possible high-resolution files may be enough. Text and other content can be supplied via email or a Microsoft Word document.

What guarantee do you provide on your products?

All Lasercraft products are covered by a Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee.
